General information about the Centar za pružanje usluga u zajednici Lipik
30.10.2015. year by the decision of the commercial court in Slavonski Brod Dom za djecu i mlađe punoljetne osobe Lipik its name into the Centar za pružanje usluga u zajednici Lipik. At this time the Centre operates in four locations:
- The headquarters of the institution, Lipik Trg dr. Franjo Tudjman 1 in which temporary accommodation service is implemented in seven users and half day care for children FROM the PRIMARY SCHOOL which has 10 other users of Lipik.
- Lipik, Vukovarska avenija 7/8 in which it is carried out the service of organised housing with occasional support for two users. The apartment is owned by the institution.
- Pakrac, Bolnička ulica 72, in which the service is performed for 10 other users stay semi-daily. The apartment was obtained on the free use by the city of Pakrac.
- Poljana, Gajeva 12 in which it is carried out services for the fourteen users of the semi-daily. The apartment is in a minimum tenancy agreement that is agreed upon with the Home health of Požega.
The center counts a total of 43 users care about 19 workers.
Activities of Centar za pružanje usluga u zajednici Lipik is the provision of services of children and younger adult parties without parents or without proper parental care, and to children and young adult persons who have mental health difficulties and, if the service is related to the difficulty of mental health can provide in the Center, with other service providers or in a medical facility.
The specified activity is carried out through:
- Accommodation services
-for children and youth aged 7 to 21 years
- Excursion with Service stay
-for children and youth aged 7 to 21 years
- Services a day-long stay
-for children and youth aged 7 to 21 years
- Services organised by the housing a comprehensive support
-for young adults between the ages of 7 to 21 years
- The service of organised housing with occasional support
-for young adults aged 18 to 21 years, extremely child at the age of 16 years, on condition that it is in a flat located adult users
- Advisory services and assisting in the primary or foster families
- Advisory services and assisting children and youth after leaving the care and children located in the host families
- Advisory services and assisting in adoptive families
It is important to point out that the founder of the Center is the Republic of Croatia, and the rights and obligations of the founder is performed by the Ministry of social policy and youth. The seat of the Center is in Lipik, Trg dr. Franjo Tudjman 1.
Centar za pružanje usluga u zajednici Lipik is in the process of deinstitutionalization, more specifically the transformation process that is carried out is defined by the Strategic Plan, which is adopted for two years in advance. Assessment of the future development, which depends on a number of factors, we believe that brings benefit for users and the local community.
